30 and 35 year amortization.  CMHC, Genworth Financial AIG have estended financing programs.  Reduce your payments or qualify for a higher mortgage with the same income.

Note:

A few lenders are still honouring 100% financing (no down payment needed) and 40 year amortization mortgages until October 14, 2008. If you, or someone you know, thinks this may be something of interest, let's get started on that application to pre-qualify for the purchase of your next home, and lock in a great rate now.

A variety of mortgage products can be used to unlock the equity in your home - anywhere up to 90% of the current appraised value. This equity can be used to pay down higher interest debt, for investment purposes, for home renovations, or a multitude of other goals.

With rates still at a 40 year low, why not check into the possibility.

No cost, no obligation . . . Your Home is Worth It!

Why use a mortgage broker?

FLEXIBLE QUALIFICATION - many of the 30+ lenders have qualification criteria outside of the usual "bank" requirements -- including: non-verifiable income for self-employed individuals, past credit issues where there is good credit management today, zero down payment, recent immigrants where there is good credit history from their home country.
SAVE TIME AND PRESERVE YOUR CREDIT "SCORE" - one application, one credit check, and multiple options for you to choose from.
